608 Threads was founded in 2016 with a simple goal: create custom apparel the right way.

As small business owners ourselves, we struggled to find a decorator who could deliver consistent quality, clear communication, and dependable service. So we decided to build the shop we wished existed.

Nearly a decade later, 608 Threads has grown into a full-service screen printing, embroidery, and design shop serving more than 600 clients — from local teams and small businesses to national brands and organizations. We’ve expanded our capabilities, our equipment, and our reach, but our focus has never changed: make great products and take exceptional care of our customers.

We’re a family-owned Wisconsin business, originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where hard work, grit, and SISU (the Finnish word for perseverance and determination) are part of everyday life. That mindset shows up in everything we do, from how we run our shop to how we stand behind every order.

Today, we can source just about any product, any brand, and apply virtually any decoration method — screen printing, embroidery, patches, vinyl, and more. But what matters most to our customers isn’t just what we make — it’s how we make it.

Our 608 Threads logo is a nod to the iconic elevation of the Wisconsin Ironman bike course — a race both Jason and his wife have completed.
